The entire contents of the store were washed clear through the building, out the back.

 


Boats ended up on dry land once the waters receded.

 


Tractor trailer trucks were strewn about and flipped over like toys.

 


Sheriff Brown, volunteer trailer truck drivers loaded with police supplies and Bedford County Sheriff's officers with donated cruisers arrive in a convoy to Harrison County, Mississippi.

 


Sheriff Brown's convoy pulls into the make-shift 'warehouse' where Harrison county Sheriff's Deputies are collecting police supplies and distributing them to their neighboring counties.

 


Items are sorted and inventoried. Surrounding counties are welcomed to come and pick up supplies that they need for their officers.

 


The fate of the cruisers from this police agency is uncertain.

 


Bedford County Sheriff, Campbell County Sheriff and Alta Vista Police Department all donated cruisers to be used by the officers in Harrison and surrounding counties.

 

Harrison County Sheriff's Office lost more than 1/3 of their fleet. So receiving these fully equipped cars was certainly welcomed.
