COP CAMP 2007

The 2007 “Cop Camp” jointly sponsored by the Bedford County Sheriff’s

Office, the City of Bedford Police Department, and the City of Bedford Parks

And Recreations Department will be held August 13-17, 2007.

Attendees are introduced to instruction in areas such as creation of a healthy self-image,
cultural awareness, conflict resolution, sensitivity training, and other basic life skills.

An introduction to the inner workings of Law Enforcement including, evidence

handling, the training and use of K-9 units, and juvenile laws, are also

presented.

Sgt. David Marsh, of the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office says, “We will have

another exciting and productive Camp…” and encourages early registration.
