Deputy Ricky Baldwin Honored by Knights of Columbus

Sheriff Mike Brown is extremely pleased and proud to announce that Bedford County Deputy, Ricky Baldwin, has been selected by the Knights of Columbus, Lynchburg Council #595, to be this year’s recipient of the K of C Civic Award for exceptional service in his field and outstanding service to his community.

Deputy Baldwin was presented with a handsome plaque presented to him by members of the Patriotic Division, 4th Degree, which is the highest degree recognized in the K of C organization. The Lynchburg Council was established in 1901 and is one of 12,000 councils worldwide.

Deputy Baldwin is a native of Bedford County, graduate of Liberty High School and the Central VA Criminal Justice Academy. He is married and is the father of two.
