VA Lt. Governor Bolling to Visit BCSO

Lieutenant Governor Bill Bolling, as part of his commitment to make all areas of Virginia a safer place for all citizens especially our children, will be visiting with Sheriff Mike Brown and his staff on Friday, June 30th.

“Lt. Governor Bolling is most interested in learning about the problems faced by law enforcement and the successes experienced”, says Sheriff Brown, “He is especially interested in spending time with Road and Vice Officers to learn about the current climate of the drug trade and any possible gang activity in the area.”

Bolling also has a deep interest in the protection and education of children, online. He has made a special requested to meet with Investigators from Operation Blue Ridge Thunder and is looking forward to a live, online demonstration of how members of BRT and their ICAC counterparts track and arrest online predators.
