Just a week prior to conduct of their own
Cops Camp, Bedford County Sheriff’s Deputies helped out at the
Bedford CSI Camp. The Camp which is meeting this week at CVCC, is
being directed by Bedford County Commonwealth Attorney Randy Krantz,
who said the purpose of the Camp, is to “let students see a
practical application of science in police work.
BCSO Detectives Ricky Baldwin and Mike Mayhew, led campers
through a variety of investigative techniques, and will be part of a
BCSO contingent helping all week long.
Next week, beginning on August 13th, the Sheriff’s Department
will be holding its own week-long COP CAMP. Information regarding
