Pornography Indictment for Boonsboro Resident
UPDATE: Additional Indictments Added to Earlier Charges

Stanley William Deloach, Jr., of the 100 block of Millwoods North Road in Boonsboro, was indicted on Monday, October 15th, 2007, by a Culpeper grand jury on two child pornography-related charges.

The indictee was a former Forest Middle School teacher.

Deloach's July 11th arrest was affected by a law enforcement team which included the Bedford County Sheriff's Office, Southern Virginia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, also known as Operation Blue Ridge Thunder.

Deloach is scheduled to appear in the Culpeper County Circuit Court on November 7th, 2007. Each charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.

Additional charges could be forthcoming locally, according to Bedford County Commonwealth Attorney Randy Krantz.
