Warwick, Rhode Island man charged in missing female case

Bedford County, VA

At 7:24 p.m. Wednesday evening, the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office received a call from 4352 Bethel Church Road advising that a female, who identified herself as Angela, had come to her home asking to use the phone and she was accompanied by a male. The caller advised the dispatcher that she believed this could be the missing female that had been reported earlier that day.

 Deputies immediately responded to the Bethel Church Road address and did locate the missing 13 year old girl and the male subject that was with her was taken into custody

The male was identified as Andrew Fitzgerald Holloway, age 21,  774 West Shore Road, Warwick, Rhode Island. Holloway was arrested and charged with 3 counts carnal knowledge and 2 counts of communicating online with a female under the age of 15 years old for the purpose of soliciting carnal knowledge.

 He is being held in the Blue Ridge Regional Jail in Bedford on no bond.
